Root cause for "Request handling failed: Session terminated externally"

Hi Teneo Folks,

Our published chatbot app throws below logs in the “/logs/teneo/publish-target/chatbot/messages.log” file, and we couldn’t quite figure out what was going or what was causing this error. Does anyone seen this error before?. Also we noticed another similar issue.

ERROR [933] - Error while processing request, caused by:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: getAttribute: Session already invalidated
at org.apache.catalina.session.StandardSession.getAttribute(StandardSession.java:1178)

can you open a ServiceDesk ticket for our Support team on this?
I think that would make most sense since our team has then also the details of the project and environment you are working in. :slight_smile:
