I face this issue when trying to publish (either forcefully or not). I’m not sure which script its waiting for, internal or external of a flow. I’ve close and opened studio multiple times as well and it’s showing the same error over a period of time.

Good morning! I’ll venture a quick guess as to what is happening. When you open a solution the first time it starts to train the examples associated with the class triggers (the model the message refers to). This could take a couple of minutes.
If you check in tryout you’ll see a message that the model is currently being trained, and when training has completed. At that point you should be able to publish. Please let me know if this doesn’t fix the issue - in which case we’ll look into it more deeply.
