We have one user who didn’t have permission to publish to production, but he can still publish it to production in Teneo studio.
Do you know why did it happen?

In this particular case we recommend you to open a ticket in our Service Desk, as we will require additional information to provide you the correct guidance.
If possible and within the ticket, could you please specify:
- The user in question
- The last time this user performed the publish
