Hi Hans, Welcome to the Forum!

I suspect you might have downloaded the Studio Client when your environment was running but waited for it to go down before attempting to install the Studio Client.

I would suggest you to visit your Environment page and make sure the ‘Environment Status’ is on running, like this and attempt to install the Studio Client again.
