Image won't show - trying to extend the web chat ui

Hello.

I’ve been trying to extend the web chat ui to show an image. Been following this guide:

I prepared an output parameter to send the required JSON just like the instructions says, here is an image of what I got:

To my problem, the image won’t show in the web chat ui! I made sure that I republished the solution before trying, the JSON is the same as in the example.

Got any idea to what might’ve gone wrong?

Hi Greta,

assuming that you have closely followed the tutorial, the only thing I can see going wrong is the name of the output parameter. You named it “image” but it must be named teneowebclient instead. Please re-name and try again. Should the problem persist, don’t hesitate to contact me again!!
