I’m trying to install Teneo Studio trial and and I have the next error:

Could you try to download the Teneo Studio installer again and then install Teneo Studio using the newly downloaded installer? Let me know how it goes!

We’ve looked at our backend and we don’t see any issues. This means that we have to methodically try to figure out what might be causing the installer not to run properly on your computer.

Could you try to restart your computer and then run the installer? In some cases, this can resolve any underlying issues that are preventing the installer from running properly.

Hi Miriam,

If the above doesn’t work, we could try to clear the online app cache memory to get the installer to run properly.

To do this:

  1. Open the command line as an Admin
    image
  2. Run rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache in the command prompt like the image shows below

  3. Once you have cleared the app cache memory, try to re-install Teneo again

You might require special permission running the command prompt as admin. If it doesn’t let you run the command prompt as admin, you might have to ask your IT-department for permission.
