Say you have worked in Studio for a while, but then you get a new computer and might suddenly wonder where you got Studio from in the first place. Well, simply go to https://www.teneo.ai/ and in the right upper corner of the page you find the following:
Click on Sign in using your Teneo Studio credentials. You will then probably see the following:
This means that no one has been working on your Environment recently and it has therefore gone to sleep. It will take only a few minutes until it is running again, and then it will look like this:
You can now click on Download Studio Client and install Teneo Studio on your new computer.
