Hi, we are looking forward to pilot this connector in the Enterprise environment and wonder if there is a support for an Agent Handover in this version? (to and Contact Center platform or as a conversation with Human Agent in Teams)
If the functionality is not there yet, is there any plans / when to add it in the future?

great to see you here in the Teneo Community Forum! 
Currently there is no Agent Handover functionality implemented in the Teneo Teams Connector, and also not in the roadmap. The source code is available though on GitHub and you could enhance it with this functionality.
Hope you enjoy the Teneo Teams Connector and you create an awesome project with it!
