We’ve released a couple of new versions of Teneo Web Chat, the latest being v2.4.0. Changes since version 2.1.0 are:
- Support of IE11
- The chat window can now be reset programmatically, by calling the
resetChat()function - A ‘spinner’ will be shown while waiting for a response from engine
