How to Handle Ambiguous User Input

One of the biggest challenges that a chatbot needs to deal with is understanding user intent. End users may send in their requests without paying much attention to the way conversational AI processes user input. They may send is single-word requests known as Key-word input or out of scope requests.

In this session we learn how to handle ambiguous user input using Teneo Studio features to help the bot understand unclear user intents and direct the conversation back to areas within the bot knowledge base.
