Hi Reshma, According to our logs an error occurred when training the ML model. We have rebooted the service that handles that. Could you close your solution, reopen it and wait for the model training finish in tryout and then try to publish again?
Actually, it looks like something else is at play here too, it looks like your trial has expired. Let me contact you directly to see if we can extend it.

Thank you so much …could you please extend my trial for a month atleast as we are exploring Teneo to understand the capabilities and my office is in touch with you for partnership related formalities.In order to proceed further it would be great if you can extend the trial period ,as at the moment we are comparing different chatbots to finalize one.
